How distributions are calculated and paid out in USDC
Understanding quarterly rental yields, net operating income (NOI), expense deductions, and automated smart-contract distribution disbursements.
From Real-World Cash Flow to On-Chain Disbursement
Fractional offerings on Loop'D—including commercial lofts, residential villas, agricultural land, and collector car leases—generate recurring physical cash flow.
At the conclusion of each operating quarter, the asset sponsor (such as Halden Property Partners) submits audited accounting statements detailing Gross Rental Revenue, Operating Expenses (insurance, maintenance, property taxes), and the 1.0% annual platform management fee.
Net Operating Income (NOI) is converted directly into USDC and deposited into the distribution contract. Every fractional unit token holder receives their exact pro-rata dividend streamed to their wallet.
