Swiss Data Privacy and Confidentiality
Headquartered in Zurich, Loop'D adheres to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Member KYC credentials and identity documents are stored in Swiss-domiciled encrypted databases.
We never sell, monetize, or share member data with external marketing brokers. Identity verification records are retained solely to fulfill statutory AML and anti-fraud mandates.
