Comprehensive Lloyd's of London Vault & Transit Insurance
Every item in Loop'D's custody is fully insured at 100% of Fair Market Value against physical loss, theft, damage, fire, and water impact by a syndicate of top-tier underwriters led by Lloyd's of London.
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during physical delivery to your home, or if an environmental anomaly occurs within a vault, our claims protocol guarantees full financial restitution.
Filing a Transit Damage Claim
If your package arrives with damaged outer packaging or broken internal tamper seals, notify the courier upon receipt and contact Loop'D Concierge within 48 hours.
Provide photographic evidence of the packaging and serial barcodes. An independent adjustor is assigned within 24 business hours. If damage is confirmed, Loop'D reimburses 100% of the asset's FMV directly to your USD balance or replaces the item with an equivalent authenticated reference.
